Q: Is coaching the same as therapy?

A: No. Coaching is a professional development relationship focused on goals, growth, and forward momentum. It does not address clinical mental health conditions and does not replace therapy or medical treatment. If a client would benefit from therapeutic support we will say so and provide appropriate referrals.

Q: Do I need to be a business owner to work with ERCG?

A: No. Efficient Results Coaching Group serves individuals at every stage — people navigating personal transitions, professionals seeking leadership growth, entrepreneurs building businesses, and executives leading organizations. If you are ready to build structure and achieve results we have a program for you.

Q: How are sessions delivered?

A: All coaching sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. Asynchronous programs are delivered through our coaching platform on your schedule.

Q: What is the difference between the async programs and the session-based programs?

A: Session-based programs include scheduled one-on-one coaching conversations at a set frequency. Async programs like The Clear Mind Path and The Focused Founder deliver structured content, prompts, and messaging support on your schedule with no calendar commitment required.

Q: Can my organization purchase coaching for multiple employees?

A: Yes. We offer custom organizational coaching engagements for teams and leadership groups. Use the inquiry form in the organizational coaching section above to start that conversation.

Q: What happens after the complimentary session?

A: After your complimentary session your coach will recommend the program that best fits your goals and situation. If you choose to move forward you will receive your coaching agreement, intake form, and onboarding instructions. Your first full session is typically scheduled within one week.
